I use Yoga and PT together enabling the body and mind to work more efficiently together. Focusing on helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, flexibility, cardio-vascular health as well as offering advice on stress management, nutrition and sports specific training.
I specialise in strength training and weight loss for both men and women and use a variety of exercises, techniques and equipment to suit the client needs and goals.
I believe yoga is your personal journey and when you come to your mat, you do so to connect with and focus on yourself.
My intention is to enable you to tap into your own intelligent body and mind and find a great place of health, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
