6 x 1 hour group-based Personal Training sessions designed to increase your strength, endurance and overall fitness with a supportive community feel.

Each session will include using a wide range of weights, resistance & gym equipment and each member (a maximum of 6 clients in the group) will have a progressive plan written by Claudine (PHIX Training PT). You will receive a bespoke Personal Training experience, with your individual fitness goal as the focus of the programme.

The class intends to provide a supportive training environment where all fitness levels are welcome; enabling Personal Training to be more accessible to all.
