Suitable for 12 weeks+, Pregnancy yoga will help your body navigate all the changes it’s going through as well as preparing you physically, mentally and emotionally for labour and all to come. As well as being a lovely way to meet fellow local Mums.

In my classes, the aim is for you to focus in on yourself, to quieten the mind and become more and more aware of the body.  Through breath linked to movement you will be able to tune out of life’s stresses and give yourself some much needed you time.  Each class will take you on a journey throughout your body, ending in a long relaxation.
