Hi, I’m Hannah.
BPS accredited Psychologist, Yoga & Meditation Mentor, Sports Therapist, Wellbeing Coach & Sustainable Fitness Advocate.
My favourite phrase is ‘listen to your body’ and I mean that in every sense.
My intention is to enable you to tap into your own intelligent body and mind and find a great place of health, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The purpose of every session I teach is to leave the client feeling nourished, whole, at ease, and lighter than when they walked in. I work holistically within each service I offer pulling on all my knowledge and experience to tailor each session, and each moment of each session, to the energy of the individual and the collective.
With experience in private practice, large wellness centres, and bespoke sessions, you are in safe hands.
